ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
What material is Giove Mio's jewelry made of?
All our pieces are made of solid 10kt, 14kt, and 18kt gold. Some include precious and/or semi-precious stones. We also have 925 Silver pieces (some include cubic zirconia). The material is detailed in the description of each item.
Are the gemstones natural or synthetic?
All our gemstones are natural. Sterling silver pieces may include cubic zirconia, which is specified in each item's description.
What kind of warranty do the jewelry pieces have?
GIOVE MIO guarantees that all its pieces have undergone rigorous quality control, verifying the authenticity of the materials, the secure setting of the gems, the proper functioning of their components, and the final finish.
We offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not include deterioration due to exposure to external agents, wear from excessive or inappropriate use, accidents, losses, alterations, or damage from repairs at unauthorized centers.
Gold pieces with rhodium plating and 925 Silver pieces with gold plating experience natural wear and tear over time. Periodic maintenance to renew said plating is not included in the warranty.

Do you do custom orders or bespoke pieces?
At the moment, Giove Mio does not offer this service. If you have any special inquiries, please contact us on WhatsApp at (507) 6391-7891, and we will gladly assist you.
Do you offer workshop services for repairs or engravings?
Currently, Giove Mio does not provide this service. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will assist you.
Purchases and Payments
What are the payment methods?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards, as well as payments through Yappy from Banco General or ACH from any local bank. If you pay by Yappy or ACH, you must send proof of payment to WhatsApp (507) 6391-7891 to confirm your order. We also accept gift certificates.
Do you have gift certificates or gift cards?
Yes, we have gift cards available directly in our online store. They are the perfect gift for someone who has everything.
What happens after I pay for my purchase?
You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details and invoice. Your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days in Panama City, or 2 to 3 business days in the interior of the country, Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, to the address you indicated in your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it's confirmed?
Once the confirmation email is received, the order cannot be modified. However, you can request an exchange or return within the established terms. Please refer to the Exchanges and Returns section below for the procedure.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are your delivery times and costs?
Once your order is confirmed, delivery will take 1 to 2 business days in Panama City and 2 to 3 business days in the interior of the country. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
- Orders over B/. 150.00: free shipping in Panama City and the interior of the country.
- Orders up to B/. 150.00 in Panama City: cost of B/. 5.00.
- Orders up to B/. 150.00 in the interior of the country: cost of B/. 6.50.
We only deliver to the authorized person at the exact address indicated in your order. If delivery is not possible due to absence or another reason beyond your control, we will arrange a second attempt at no additional cost. A third attempt can be arranged by paying the shipping cost again.
GIOVE MIO is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. In the unusual event that a package is lost, we will open an investigation with the carrier and follow up accordingly.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes. If you selected the "Store pickup" option when confirming your order, you can pick it up from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6:00pm. Contact us on WhatsApp at (507) 6391-7891 to arrange pickup.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via UPS with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.
Duties and Taxes: Orders shipped outside of Panama may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed by the delivery company. For an estimate of these fees, please contact your country's customs office.
Who do I contact if I don't receive my order within the stipulated time?

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
What are the requirements for making a change?
We accept merchandise exchanges within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. To proceed:
- The item must be presented in its original packaging, in optimal condition, and unused, along with the purchase invoice.
- If the item was received as a gift and you do not have the invoice, please present the barcode label that comes inside the box.
- The amount applicable to the new item will be the same as paid for the initial item (including ITBMS). Any greater difference will be assumed by the customer; any lesser difference may be applied to a future purchase.
- If you prefer to choose the new item at a later time, GIOVE MIO will provide you with a gift certificate for the corresponding value, valid for purchases in the online store.
Exchanges or returns do not apply to:
- Merchandise purchased on sale or promotion.
- Merchandise altered in any way: personalized, with a size change, or any modification to its original form.
How are changes made in person?
Exchanges and returns must be made in person at our store, complying with the indicated requirements. Contact us on WhatsApp (507) 6391-7891 to coordinate your visit.
How are changes managed for international orders?
For orders shipped internationally, the customer must first send an email to ventas@giovemio.com and an agent will contact them to initiate the process. Courier costs will be covered by the customer, with the exception of returns due to manufacturing defects.
Note: We do not process exchanges for 925 Silver jewelry on international orders.
What happens if my part has a manufacturing defect?
In cases of manufacturing defects, warranty terms will apply, and the item will be replaced with an identical one in good condition. If the same item is unavailable, GIOVE MIO will offer similar options. If no option satisfies the customer, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued through the payment method used in the initial purchase.
The replacement or refund will be completed within a period not exceeding 30 days from the start of the process. Re-shipping courier costs will be covered by GIOVE MIO.
For international orders with manufacturing defects: Send an email to ventas@giovemio.com including images of the defective item and the order number or an image of the invoice. An agent will contact you to arrange the replacement or refund.
GIOVE MIO reserves the right to reject an exchange or return if the stated conditions or warranty terms are not met.
